I am very excited about this skirt. I found it at the local resale shop for $8 last fall but never got a chance to wear it as it was way too cold to be walking around in a silk wrap skirt. I'm convinced that this is actually a really fancy 80s bathing suit cover up but honestly I don't care. I make it work.
