Vintage 1970s Wrap Skirt: Thrifted from Sazz Vintage Warehouse
If you live in the Philadelphia area, you should definitely check out Sazz Vintage in Kensington. It's a small warehouse and it pretty much is a "spend hours picking through boxes" kind of place. Everything is separated by decade/style and type of clothing so it's easy to find things. You just have to spend some time. Also, I don't suggest going there on a hot day because it's probably like 15 degrees hotter in there than outside. You get really really sweaty. Stuff is priced fairly decent although vintage dresses prior to the 1970s are kind of pricey. A good place to find skirts, secretary dresses and blouses!
Check them out!

They also have an online selection at http://www.bulkvintage.com
How do you wear aprons?

I love wearing aprons around the house, especially if my clothes don't have pockets.
ReplyDeleteThank you for mentioning Sazz Vintage. I went there today and managed to pick up a few items. I love rooting through all the boxes and the staff was friendly. I live in the Philadelphia area. If you know of any vinatge shops please mention them. Thanks for sharing.............
ReplyDeleteSo glad you checked them out! Do you ever go to Philly AIDS Thrift? That place is my best source for cheap vintage stuff that's cute. Also Buffalo Exchange always has really cute vintage items lurking around.
DeleteIf you're ever out in the 'burbs check out the Junior League shop in Ardmore, Bryn Mawr Hospital Thrift Shop, Noah's Ark Thrift Store in Wayne (open Wednesday, Friday Saturday), and The Salvation Army in West Chester (it's huge!). Those are usually my best bets on finding good vintage.
This is a pretty apron, I wouldn't mind having one like that! Nice pics too!
